Got out Monday and Tuesday and the fishing was quite good. Monday I went out with the winner of the auction trip, Larry and his buddy from Hargroves, Craig. It
was a pleasure to be out there with those guys.Fishing was particularly good in the morning and just good in the afternoon with a couple of slower periods.
Lots of fish caught though.Stoneflies, eggs and crawdads worked well fished deep. A "psycho legged" squirrel nymph that Craig brought tore them up as
well, as did the Carl's crawdad that Larry brought. I think I might start carrying them if I can. Three wild fish were in the mix including a 16-17 incher.

Tuesday we did well also. A couple of novices from the boothill, Steve and CP went out. Eggs did the trick as did the Don's crawdad fished deep again. Took a while to get the hang of landing fish, but plenty of fish landed and a pleasant day. A good time was had by all.
