Lori and I took a group into Rim Shoals today. The river was on the bottom and the caddis were coming off. The clients averaged over 25 each. Most of the action was on the top. Elk Hair Caddis, Green Butts, and Partridge and Greens were the top producers. We fished black zebras when there was no hatch. The caddis were a bit smaller maybe sixteens. There were two differant insects coming off. One green and one tan. The biggest fish was a seventeen inch rainbow. Most were in the thirteen to fourteen inch range. They all fought well.
