Thought l would take my guys to some new water to day, hammered the upper 33 miles the last few weeks.

Arrived at the confluence. Great start, fish coming in well around the confluence. Despite very colored water, likely the Buffalo run off.
Wham, water from the Fork, unreal trash. Shot of down stream, new l would have at least a hour in front, fished down below Steamboat.
Water got to me around 12.30. Had lunch and motored way up to Big Creek, and worked that back to the confluence.

Overall a very good day considering the water conditions, which were by the way 67f below Big creek.
No big fish but near on 60 for the day.
Saw about 20 Dorothea, need some climatic change to bring on a real good hatch.
85f at this time, hope this is not a sign for this coming year.

Water on ar BSD, that will trash the river for a while below, the fish do need the cold water thats for sure.
