We know the problem. Low Dissolved oxygen. Really only a problem when it gets hot.
Solutions:
1.inject O'2
2.Weir Dam
3.Devices on Turbines
4.Min Flow
5.Boulders in River
#1...Injecting oxygen is a technical solution that is expensive. However it will solve the problem in a hurry.
#2 A weir dam across the river would create a waterfall that would add DO and do it with out long term expense.
#3 I think this has been tried and have been removed.
#4 MMM...This would probably be harder to get that O2 injection.
#5 Putting boulders and other stuff in the river to create water breaks wouldn't work very well without min flow.
I figure #2 (Weir Dam) in conjunction with some O2 injection is feasable.
Falling water = O2.
