As others have noted, the twelve inch brookie and cutthroat likely ain't gonna happen in the same piece of water. A slam of rainbow, brown, cutt and smallmouth is much more likely below Norfork confluence--even then the 12" min will make it hard.

Caught two cutthroats near or slightly over 16" last week on different sections of Bull Shoals tailwater. I rarely run into brook trout any more with the regulation and stocking changes the past few years.
