That is exactly what I was talking about Scott. Oklahoma, a few years ago, was running radio spots where the land owners could report these and the state would come in and clean them up. Many times there would be excessive erosion where the brine water had killed everything. Not all sites were like that, but it wasn't difficult to find the bad ones.
