Fishing the same area last year for the first time, wasn't watching the water first rising. Did notice that the fish got active all of a sudden
(now I know why) which was VERY distracting. Enjoying the sudden "bite" when people started yelling at me to get out of the water.
Thank goodness someone was looking out for this flatlander.
Just barely got out in time. Intense "hydrotherapy".
Glad to be out of the water in time though still a little pissed about missing the rest of that fish activity.
Much wiser now...I hope.

One of the great benifits of this board is the sharing of these experiences. They could be life saving. ;)
