Perhaps it's just the old cynic in me but has anyone else wondered just why AGFC, as stewards of our fisheries, are not suing Benny for the monies required to repair the damages he has caused to the ecosystem?

To an old simpleton like me it would seem that it is a part of their job to recover costs at a minumum, whether to the stream or to future tourism shortfalls. To allow the burden to once more fall upon the user and taxpayer is reprehensible.

But perhaps I'm an extremist---I also think COE owes the state of Arkansas and the outdoor stakeholders for every fish killed by low DO too. Does responsibility not apply to government entities and developers?

Where is the equity?
