Ryan,

you are pretty well set for BSD zone, a few additional tips here. Fish long leaders, by that l mean extend way out the additional tipett from a standard 9ft leader, l will go as much as 6ft of more at times, 6/7x.
If you use them make sure your indicator is as small as you can get away with.
Allow the fish to find your fly, what l mean here is that you do not have to move the fly as many do. Those fish when we have low water are largely cruisers and will easily see a small fly 20 or less static in the surface film, if you move it you may well spook them.
Have also with you some floatant, l use Mucilin, that is needed to maintain the fly within 2mm of the surface. And l do not use FC filament for the surface feeders here.

Unfortunately the big Bows we used to find there are no longer, a 20ins Bow to day is a very good fish.
The mass of Didy and other problems have reduced over all the percentage of larger fish.
But there very many in the 12 to 14 ins and a few over that .

I certainly have my preferences for other zones on the river, so far as the White is concerned there may be times the fish are fussy, by and large it is getting the right presentation, IE, depth and good drifts, related to the water speed as that does differ. What may work well in fast flow water may not be same for slow moving water.

Over all for wade fishing your choice is well good enough.

Davy.
