Davy:
Thanks for the info on BSD. You said that the fishing there is generally small stuff. My fishing on the LR has taught me alot about fishing the midges, as I sometimes have to tie and fish down to a 28. I have a midge box full of Zebra Midges in LOTS of different colors, WD-40's, CDC emerger type patterns, and some other simple thread-bodied midges that I have found easy to tie yet effective. Most of these flies are in #16 down through #22. These flies have all been great producers on the Red. Also tie and fish lots of sowbugs, scuds, and caddis larva patterns. Is there anything else that I should have tied and ready for the fish at the dam? I have heard tell of some hefty rainbows up there.

Also, for the downstream areas like Rim and Wildcat, are the standard nymphs all I really need. I have another box I have been filling with LOTS of sowbug/scuds, GRHE, Phesant tails, Tellicos, Prince's, CDC Zug Bugs, Red Asses, lots of soft hackles in different sizes, some Czech-style nymphs, and some big, heavy stoneflies that I fish in a two fly rig to get smaller patterns deep quickly. I don't really know the White River fish and will probably start fishing a nymph to prospect and try to find fish. Any fly suggestions other than the ones I have tied?
