Ryan,
I suggest that you obtain a copy of the Home Waters book. It was published by the Mid South Fly Fishers. It lists every access to the White, Norfork, and many other local bodies of water. It includes detailed maps on how to get there and tips on how to fish each section. Each river has its own chapter written by a local guide (I wrote the chapter for the Norfork). They are available at most fly shops in the area. Good luck!
