Meteor Shower (topic) Just came into the house after witnessing a large Meteor. One of the biggest I have seen. Did anyone else see it ? Watching the news earlier there was a very large one last night in Utah which lit the sky up big time. I am glad it didn't impact !!!! |

(reply) Those awards are most likely just for the damages and costs of the 5 specific claims that prevailed Sometimes a small set of claims is tried in order hear the merits of an argument and establish a framework for a larger body of claims w/o the complexity ... |

Re: Can the COE be succesfully sued? (reply) A million dollar court decision against the CoE for mismanaging the NoLa levees seems like a slap on the wrist that they will forget after recess. You'd think there would be more plaintiffs involved in the lawsuit. |
