It's not my place to deliver an eulogy but I will say that without him, the Arkansas trout fishing business or industry, would not be what many of us enjoy and profit from today. My condolences to the family and friends of this Arkansas trout fishing and hospitality pioneer. thanx, rich

He had one of the first lodges. He and Billy transplanted the coon tail moss that is in the Little Red today. He and his entire family have been on the front lines of conservation in Arkansas for their entire lives and still are today. Bill will be remembered and respected for a long long time. John Wilson

He was truly a mountain of man and there will be no filling his shoes around here. I just wanted to post the times for the services. visitation will be Tuesday the 30th from 4 to 6 pm at heber springs baptist church with a memorial service to follow also at the church.
