Use high water nymph tactics with larger flies; San juan worms, scuds, sow bugs, pheasant tails and zebra midges (sizes 12 - 16). Also, high water streamer
fishing with type 4 or 5 fast sink-tips or full sinking lines. Try wooley buggers, slump busters, zoo cougars or various sculpin patterns in sizes 4 - 8.

question was regarding how many inches the river would raise when compared to current minimum flow - if memory serves this was discussed by John Wilson a few

			<description><![CDATA[ Well it gets stranger and stranger. Imagine if you can in the picture below the benches (tables) on the right nearly totally underwater. That is what you have
at present  with &quot;flood&quot; gates open. A lot of the mulch must now be down around Calico Rock. The new parking lot which was paved just a couple of
weeks ago is probably the only place you can wade on the Fork.

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>Pulled into town last night about dark. Got up this morning and did a little work on the boat, trailer, etc. Figure I&#39;ll need it before too long!

They turned the water off about 11 a.m. and I made it down to the handicap access about 2:30 p.m. The Fork is still fishing good. If you can stand the crowds.
The numbers (of fish) are not as high but still decent. Caught a nice bow first thing. Most folks seem to be catching some fish.

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>I usually try to stay off the Fork on Saturday&#39;s but since we are only going to be here for a few days this trip I said , &quot;Why not.&quot; They cut
the water off at about nine a.m. which allowed me to sleep in! Got to the handicapped access about 11:00 and was the first one up the river. Fished at Charlies
and did pretty good. Once the water had fallen out they hammered the zebra midge on a consistent basis. Did fair on the wooly and got a couple on a sow bug. No
big fish and all... ]]></description>
