			<description><![CDATA[ and I made the most of it. I knew with all the water they had been running it would be awhile before it fell out. They stopped generating this morning at 10 so
I figured about 4 1/2 to 5 hours should be a good time. I got to the park about 2:30&#39;ish and the water was still high but it was falling. More importantly,
the crowds were heading out. From 4 until they turned the water back on at 5 I had the JFK area all to myself. I was fishing the Flyrod Chronicle 3WT and 7X.

			<description><![CDATA[ Fished this weekend in the boat on the high water, we threw huge articulated streamers.  WHITE was the color,

it outcaught the other colors (black, olive, ginger) 10 to 1.  I have never had as many fish hit the streamers like

this weekend, we fished from winkley to below scroncher again, we would fish one area for about an hour,

then let it rest and head down, and do the same over and over, I would say the largest brown was around 24

decided to branch out a bit and took out a 3WT with about 15&#39; of leader and tippet down to 7X. I tried a size 18 Red Hot .. red thread, red flashabou with
a red tungsten bead and did okay. Then I went to a size 18 Desert Storm .. red thread, black tungsten bead and pearl krystal flash. On both patterns the

			<description><![CDATA[ I drove up from Memphis and fished on the falling water. Ended up being a beautiful afternoon. Fished from 2:30-4 at Cow Shoals and then 4-5 at Winkley Shoals.
Cow Shoals was crowded, but not terrible. Caught several on a UV Tan Sowbug. Drove to Winkley and the fishing really picked up. I was using a Red A$$ under the
UV Tan Sowbug. Every fish I caught was on the Red A$$. If you can make it to the Little Red during this window of wadeable water it will be worth it. Wonderful

			<description><![CDATA[ I got to JFK this afternoon and saw only 3 or 4 other folks fishing .. both spin and fly. After about 20 minutes it was down to one other fly fisherman and me.
I caught a few fish on the 4WT and a size 16 Zebra. After awhile I changed to the new Flyrod Chronicle 3WT I won at the conclave. I put on a size 18 wine and
copper Zebra with 6X. I wanted to go with 7X but the spool I have is bad. There is a spot I know that continually holds fish and they didn&#39;t let me down

and copper Zebra midge. The biggest fish was a male about 13&quot; and all colored up caught on a red and copper Zebra. Several of the fish were dumping milt.
The last hour .. or right about dusk I switched to a wine and copper Zebra and caught fish on that too. Midges were thick. I almost felt like I was in a snow
