			<description><![CDATA[ My fly club friend, Joe, and I made plans to fish with Brian Sloss on the Eleven Point River Saturday. Having heard good reports from others fishing with Brian
recently and the other rivers...well, you know. However, we didn&#39;t plan on it being 13 degrees. The anchor rope was frozen to the bottom of the drift boat
and the drift boat was frozen to the trailer. What had we gotten into??? At the ramp, we loaded up and launched quickly. The water was clear but a bit higher

			<title><![CDATA[ Lake storage capacity ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ The amount of water that has to go through each dam is pretty much porportional to the amount of storage each lake has. Excluding additional rain events and
natural inflow, you can more or less infer the amount of water that has to be removed in cubic feet. As the lake gets higher however it will hold increasingly
more water. For instance Table Rock Lake has a surface area of  43,000 acres at normal pool but at flood pool is has a surface area of 52,000 acres. Here are

			<description><![CDATA[ I don&#39;t know how bad the situation is in the Mountain Home area, but around Heber Springs there has been a problem with the water trucks in the area. There
have been at least 3 instances in the Heber area .. that I am aware of .. involving these trucks and personal vehicles. Pam .. from the fly shop .. was forced
off the road this morning by one of the trucks that had drifted across the center line. The driver of the truck didn&#39;t even stop to see how she was. She is

			<title><![CDATA[ High Water flows and Spawning ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ I was thinking about the influx of high water during the spawn, if this will cause a major problem with the fish completing their spawn or the flushing of the
redds and eggs?  Also, I would think for the fish that havn&#39;t started they would search out slower flowing areas along the gravel shorelines.

under control. It seems that the Corps had set a goal of 1000 mwh on the Little Red until the full bore releases take affect. Tuesday they shut down all
generation for 7 hours because G &amp; F had some sort of project they needed low water for. At the end of the 7 hours they increased the flow to make up for
the hours of no generation... ]]></description>

of about 5&quot; per second.  Does anyone prefer a full sinking line or will the 24&#39; sink tip work just fine.  Does it need to be heavier on higher
